Details:
A band of heavy rainfall will impact the burn scars in the Boise
and West Central Mountains. This on top of recent heavy rainfall
will lead to an increased risk of debris flows near burn scars and
steep drainages.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible
with additional amounts of 1-1.5 inches possible by Friday evening.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following
areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Heavy Rainfall could trigger flash flooding, especially
near burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall is expected, which may lead to flash flooding
and debris flows near burn scars.
