Details:
* WHAT...Snow expected. There is a likelihood of minor winter
weather impacts. Total snow accumulations of one half inch to 2
inches below 3000 feet and 2 to 5 inches above 3000 feet.

* WHERE...Elk City, Highway 12 Lowell to Lolo Pass, and Dixie.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Winter traveling conditions. For MINOR winter weather
impacts, expect a few inconveniences to normal activities. Use
caution while driving. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning commute, especially over higher passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rapid rise in snow levels Monday morning
will bring the threat of a wintry mix and slick travel conditions.
